MagicLegends.com offers several payment options and many different shipping options. If you need an order by a particular date, let us know - we'll give you an estimated delivery date from our common carrier prior to your order going out. If you wish to use a credit card, you can do so with confidence since all orders are taken on a Secure Web Page at PayPal. Paypal currently accepts AMERICAN EXPRESS [AMEX], MASTERCARD, VISA, and the DISCOVER CARD - your name and address must be verified as the correct billing/shipping address by your card issuing bank prior to shipment. We will also accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Business Checks with the understanding that your order will not be shipped until the payment clears our bank.

MAIL ORDER TO US
The old fashioned snail mail (the new catch phrase for any mail not e-mail) is another way to get your order to us. All you need to do is include the merchandise requested and the preferred shipping method. For the cardholders protection we DO NOT accept credit card orders placed by mail. Please print or type your order. All payments have a minimum 10 day hold prior to order being processed. SPECIAL ORDER MERCHANDISE & RETURN POLICY
Please Note: Special Order Merchandise (for example - Halloween Merchandise, Christian Magic, Professional Magic effects, most items over $100, large quantities of item, or large props) are either seasonal or usually not stocked, and may have to be specially ordered, and will take at least 2-4 weeks to ship. Special Order Merchandise requires a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit when the order is placed [60% - 2/3 of purchase price on Large Effects/Illusions and certain items including all Juggling Supplies, Johnson Products, Magic Tables & Cases, Mikame Products, Pyro & Aero Technic Products, Viking Products and the "Pocket Scan"] - customers are responsible for specially ordered merchandise, and products are not returnable (except if defective). Special order books imported from outside the U.S. may take a minimum of 60-90 days. As with all other magic companies, you are purchasing the secret to the effect, and that is part of the value of the product, so we can not accept a Return because you don't like the secret or can not do the effect. We will, however, do even exchanges on these products if they are defective. We must be notified in writing by e-mail at houdinis@magiclegends.com within 5 days of receipt of defective merchandise for a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Upon issuance of a RAN we will also give you instructions for a proper exchange of defective product. No returns will be accepted without this prior authorization. Due to Health Code regulations the following items are not returnable: Masks, Wigs, Hats, Makeup, Hair Spray, Sponge Products, Balloons, and Costume Undergarments.

Please Note: As we already sell Magic Videos for the price advertised by the manufacturer, we can not further discount multiple tape sets. Special Prices and Special Quantity pricing [such as Fortune Telling Fish] are already discounted and occassionally other items are not eligible for discount such as the Pocket Scan and all Viking / Collector's Workshop Products.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We have discovered that we can save you a great deal of your shipping expense by charging for the actual weight of your products, and not by the dollar amount of your order. Most of our orders are under 7 lbs. in weight, and our system will automatically determine the approximate shipping charge for your package no matter which of the following delivery options you happen to choose - any difference in shipping will be sent by e-mail to you when the order is processed. If your particular item is a larger prop, we will e-mail you the exact shipping charge after the order is shipped - our system doesn't automatically figure the shipping cost on larger props.
USPS Priority Mail
When the speed of 2nd Day or Next Day Service isn't needed, but preferential handling is desired, use Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. If your only available delivery address is a P.O. Box, then this is the best option for your shipment. Priority Mail offers faster delivery at the least expensive rate in the industry. Most instock merchandise is shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received. If there is a delay in getting out your shipment, we will notify you by e-mail. If you need the order by a particular date (i.e. gift or performance), please let us know. Once your package leaves our store, Delivery is in approximately 3 business days throughout the U.S. and Saturday deliveries aren't charged extra. Please Note: Although most deliveries are done on time, the 2 to 3 business day delivery Is Not guaranteed through the U.S. Postal Service. We ship all our Priority Mail shipments using the new Delivery Confirmation System to provide a proof of delivery. Our shipping system automatically determines this rate if your package is 7 lbs. or under. If the weight is higher than 7 lbs., we will e-mail you the amount for your shipping charge required after your order is packed.
USPS Express Mail
When the speed of U.S. Priority Mail isn't quick enough, use USPS Express Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. If your only available delivery address is a P.O. Box, then this is the best option for your shipment. U.S. Express Mail offers the fastest delivery at the least expensive rate in the industry. Once your package leaves our store, delivery is the next day (in some cases it's 2 days) throughout the United States. No Extra charge for Saturday or even Sunday deliveries. All U.S. Express Mail packages are automatically insured for up to $100, and have online tracking availability [due to this we can not waive Signature on Delivery]. We will e-mail you the tracking information and exact postal rate after you package is shipped. Please Note: Using U.S. Express Mail doesn't mean you will receive your merchandise the day after you place the order. Most in stock merchandise is shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received. If there is a delay in getting out your shipment, we will notify you by e-mail. If you need the order by a particular date (i.e. gift or performance), please let us know. Our shipping system automatically determines this rate if your package is 7 lbs. or under. FedEx Standard Overnight
When the speed of U.S. Express Mail isn't quick enough, we will use FedEx Standard Overnight through Federal Express. If your only available delivery address is a P.O. Box, then you must use U.S. Express Mail. FedEx Standard Overnight offers the fastest delivery at one of the least expensive rates in the industry. Once your package leaves our store, Delivery is the next day (in some cases it's 2 days) throughout the United States. FedEx does have a premium charge for Saturday Delivery, while U.S. Express Mail doesn't charge extra for Saturday or even Sunday deliveries. All FedEx Standard Overnight packages are automatically insured for up to $500, and have online tracking availability [due to this we can not waive signature on delivery]. We will e-mail you the tracking information and exact shipping rate after you package is shipped. Please Note: Using FedEx Standard Overnight doesn't mean you will receive your merchandise the day after you place the order. Most in stock merchandise is shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is received. We do not have daily FedEx pickup and only ship 2 days a week with FedEx. We ship FedEx as a convenience to our customers with FedEx accounts. If there is a delay beyond normal in getting out your shipment, we will notify you by e-mail. If you need the order by a particular date (i.e. gift or performance), please let us know. Our shipping system automatically determines this rate if your package is 7 lbs. or under. If the weight is higher than 7 lbs., we will e-mail you the amount for your shipping charge required after your order is packed.
Return Policies
Please understand that Magic, Books, Videos, DVDs, and Accessories are NOT RETURNABLE. Because of their limited availability, Memorabilia and Collectibles are NOT RETURNABLE. As with all other magic companies, you are purchasing the secret to the effect, and that is part of the value of the product. We will, however, do even exchanges on these magic products if they are defective. We must be notified in writing by e-mail at houdinis@magiclegends.com within 5 days of receipt of defective merchandise for a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Upon issuance of a RAN we will also give you instructions for a proper exchange of defective product. No returns will be accepted without this prior authorization. We do our best to check the quality of all outgoing products. We are not responsible for minor manufacturing changes with product design. Please Note: Our responsibility for the shipment ends when your package is placed with the common carrier U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or Federal Express. If you require any special mailing conditions such as Saturday Delivery, Insurance, or any other requirements please inform us when order is placed.
SPECIAL ORDER STATUS
We charge your account on all Special Orders. We will ship the first portion of your order as you requested, and the remaining items will be shipped by U.S. Priority Mail for the exact additional cost of shipping at the time the Special Order is shipped. If the shipment is split into more than three shipments the purchaser is only required to pay the shipping charge on the first 3 portions of the order - we will pay any fees on any additional split shipments.
Most in stock orders received during business hours on weekdays are shipped within 48-72 hours upon receipt.
Return Check + Other Fees
A Returned Check (or any refused payment) is charged a $30 service fee plus any costs in addition to the cost of your order.
